Classes begin the week of 08/21/2017, a non- refundable Registration/application fee of $35.00 is due upon registering.

Back walkovers to Make Them Jealous: (Ages 5 & up) 
Thursdays: 5:45pm - 6:30pm
This class is for athletes learning to get their back walkover and for athletes who may need to perfect their back walkover and front walkover.
*All Star Members ages 4 & up can take this class, along with any athlete 12 & under
**This class is a bridge class to take our back handspring class

Beginner Tumble sparks: ( Ages 7 & Up)
Tuesdays: 6:00pm - 6:45pm
Come learn the basics about tumbling- Handstands, forward rolls, Cartwheels, Round offs, Back Bends, & More! ( This class is suggested for those who wish to clean up all beginner skills or who does not have experience and would like to get started)

Little Sparks Tumble: (Ages 3 to 6)
Mondays: 6:00pm - 6:35pm
This class is an introduction to tumbling. Athletes will work on basic body shapes, basic body mechanics and the fundamentals of tumbling. This class will prepare athletes to age into Basic Youth (Yellow Sparks) with some emphasis on basic cheerleading.

Perfect Back  handspring: (Ages Open)
Thursdays 5:30pm - 6:30pm
This class is the next step on the way to mastering a back handspring. Athletes will focus on generating more strength and power through their back handsprings while combining skills with their handspring. ( Have to have back walkover in order to enroll)
*perfect for middle school and high school athletes

Jumps of steel & flex ( Ages 8 & Up)
Tuesdays 5:30pm - 6:00pm
Jump until you cant jump anymore! Work on technique, motion placement and learn tricks of the trade to that hyper-extended jump. This class is an intense 30-minute workout. ( This class also includes flexibility) - This class is for athletes who are pushing to get their jumps higher and become a point jumper. ( Middle school & High Schoolers highly recommended)
